The Petersen Museum Cruise In – Motor Oil for Breakfast.

Since its renovation two years ago, the Petersen Museum has become the definitive Mecca for car enthusiasts. Gala dinners, mechanical workshops, a design school and studio, notable cars being donated every week and a world class collection have cumulatively put the Petersen on the map. Our visit to the museum in April was nothing short of fantastic and we didn’t even see the vault!

Minneapolis Cars and Coffee – Part 2.

I later moved on to the supercars section and for the first few minutes, I simply could not see through the crowd. After getting to the front, it made sense. A Porsche 991 GT3 on BBS wheels, a Porsche 918 Spyder, a McLaren 12C and a P1 were attracting the most attention by far. Minneapolis Cars and Coffee – Part 1.

Our first visit to a Cars and Coffee meets our expectations and then some. 


Being part of the car enthusiast community means a lot of different things. Among others, one of the best ways to remain active within the car scene is to attend car meets. Underground parking garage meets, road trips and even swap meets serve this very purpose: to bring enthusiasts together to talk about and admire each other’s cars. However, one type of car meet has endured longer than the others, while increasing in size and frequency as time passed.
